Hello! My name is Kelly Pijpen. I’m 22 years old and an applied psychology student at Thomas More.
Two years ago I decided to lose weight. I tried different diets and spend a lot of money on it. It helped a little while, but after 6 months I had a relapse. I learned that diets don’t work on long-term, what you need to do is change your bad habits for good. I changed a big part of my life and habits to achieve my weight loss goals, hence the name `changing life’.
In this blog I’m gonna talk about how you can lose weight in a good way and all the other things that go with it. To make it all more personal, I will add my experiences in it.
