After 7 months without any sports due to my rehabilitation, I can finally start again. As I haven’t been able to do sports and after losing a lot of muscles due to my diet, I have to start from scratch again.

In the first week I will start with `the plank’ and every week I’m going to add a muscle group to my schedule. Weights are included in the majority of my exercises. In the first week of training a muscle group I will use light weights, the weeks that follow I will increase those weights.
